Hi there, I'm Brittani.
I'm a creative who learned to love systems, and a systems person who never stopped being a creative. I've spent most of my career somewhere between those two things, which has taken me through design, IT, marketing, communications, and operations across a pretty wide range of industries.
What I keep coming back to is this: the work I find most interesting is the kind that needs both a clear eye and a warm one. The well-designed brochure and the file structure that lets the team find it again next year. The press release and the workflow that gets it approved on time. The big idea and the quiet scaffolding that makes the big idea hold up.
I am a lifelong learner and love good design, well-written documentation, and a workflow that respects everyone's time. I like to stay involved, give back, and help guide others whenever I can. Our life's work is about the message, the legacy, and the impact we can have on the world.
A few things I believe about the work:
• Good operations are quiet. If people notice the system, the system isn't working yet.
• A brand is a promise. If the internal process can't keep it, the brand won't either.
• Documentation is a love letter to whoever comes next. A love learned through fire #IYKYK
• The best strategies survive contact with reality. Build for the organization you actually have, not the one on paper. (Gap analysis is one of my love languages.)
• Curiosity beats credentials. I've kept learning across design, IT, marketing, operations, communications, and compliance because the challenges I find don't stay in one lane.
